How you are living your day is how you live your life. The first hour of the day is setting yourself up for the rest of the day. How are you starting your day? Are you picking up your phone to check text messages, emails, social media? How does all of this make you feel?
Silence your mind when you first open your eyes to start the day. Think about affirmations, about positive goals you are going to achieve for the day...in small increments. I turn on meditation music, not elevator music as one of my friends used to call it as this is also what I listen to in my office through the day. Meditation music has different vibrations, different notes than elevator music does...it has a purpose....to silence your mind of all the other noise surrounding you. It has the intention of raising your vibrations for positive outcomes.
What would your day look like if you set this intention (silencing your mind with meditation) as a daily goal first thing in the morning? How would you remind yourself and set yourself up for success? Did you know that 42% of people who write down goals achieve them? Telling a friend increases that rate to 78%!
I am an Emory University trained health coach and I can help you with setting and achieving measurable goals like having a collective conscious and setting your day with intention. I empower you with tools to ease stress and anxiety without breaking the bank.
